Bidstack isn’t simply an in-game advertising agency, it has developed its own proprietary technologies to be able to provide live, targeted and automated native in-game advertising for the global gaming industry across multiple platforms (mobile, PC and console).

Bidstack's success now means they are looking for a Global Demand Partnerships Director to join their international team based in Stratford's HereEast tech hub. Bidstack has leapt from crowdfunding to floating on the London Stock Exchange AIM market in September 2018. It can claim to be the first proprietary technology capable of inserting adverts programmatically into natural advertising space within video games. These adverts can retain and enhance the authenticity of game artwork, while providing an incredible opportunity for advertisers.

This is equally a fantastic opportunity for the Global Demand Partnerships Director to be part of this incredible journey. Bidstack's growing customer base includes publishers, developers, advertising agencies, brands and programmatic advertising platforms. It is a recognised member of the IAB at the forefront of technological change in this sector.

Summary of the role:

As Bidstack’s Global Demand Partnerships Director you will be responsible for building and owning the relationships across resellers, DSP’s and SSP’s as a route to sell Bidstack's unique inventory. You will identify the key partners across key regions that represent the largest revenue opportunity. You will execute contacts, go to market training programs and collateral that will ultimately help the company deliver revenue via these businesses. Reporting directly into the VP of Sales you must have the ability to drive forward relationships at all levels, have a commercial mindset, understand the programmatic landscape and help solve technical challenges that are blocking revenue. This will involve regular interaction with internal and external teams to overcome issues as they arise at various levels. You will need to have excellent organisational skills whilst being able to create a strategy to deliver revenue across these different business types in a logical way.

Essential duties and key responsibilities:

  • Lead contract negotiations with resellers, DSP’s and SSP’s globally
  • Create, deliver and execute a clear strategy across resellers with the biggest revenue opportunities front of mind
  • Understand and implement commercial models will work best with resellers in order for the partnerships to scale growth
  • Build training programs and collateral that enable the partner business sales teams to sell our product effectively
  • Ensure the programmatic pipes are set up between Bidstack’s SSP and the various resellers in order to generate revenue
  • Hit quarterly revenue goals
  • Liaise with and build strong working relationships to ensure that customers remain priority
  • Create, deliver and manage strategic partnership programs with resellers, DSP’s and SSP’s
  • Organise, host and manage client offsites, education and entertainment events
  • Forecast accurately to help ensure timely delivery of results
  • Liaise with product and development as necessary for to overcome technical challenges

Experience:

To be a strong fit for this opportunity you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience selling or managing display and programmatic solutions
  • In-depth programmatic knowledge of both the supply and demand side Is essential for this position
  • Proven ability to generate revenue in the programmatic landscape
  • Ability to understand complex sales cycles, define requirements and customise each approach for a variety of organisations
  • A large rolodex of contacts across DSP’s, SSP’s and resellers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Agile approach to work in a high growth environment
  • Understanding of the media gaming space is preferred

  • Able to develop business relationships in the customer base at the mid and high level and manage those relationships

Candidates will be likely located within Greater London/South/South east England with a requirement to visit the overseas office when appropriate.
